Forest Townhomes & Apartments is a fully renovated 16-unit multifamily community in the heart of Schumacher Place, just steps from German Village, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, and Downtown Columbus. As a result of the comprehensive scope of work, the property qualified for a 15-year, 100% property tax abatement, enhancing long-term cash flow and investment performance.
